富山旅行の際は幾度か立ち寄り、自慢の味噌ラーメンを頂いてます。香ばしく、とても美味しいラーメンですね。一言いうと、しょっぱいです。しかし、このしょっぱさがラーメンの味を際立たせてるインパクトなのでしょう。それに富山のラーメンはしょっぱいラーメンが多いですからね。新潟県では東横ラーメンの味噌ラーメンがしょっぱくて美味しくて有名ですが、それと同じか以上のしょっぱさなので初めはたまげました。
